Complete Cooling System Flush 1&2
A two-component cooling system flush completely cleans the system of all complex combined dirt accumulation and restores its efficiency. It prepares the system for filling with new antifreeze and increases its service life.
STEP 1. Rust and scale cleaning
At the first step, rust and scale should be completely removed from a cooling system. The system is being prepared for the second step of cleaning process.
For avoiding the antifreeze and washing solution emission, a liquid drain from the cooling system should be done at an engine temperature not exceeding 80°C.
One product package is for a cooling system with a volume of up to 10 liters.
APPLICATION:
- Drain the antifreeze from the cooling system and heater.
- Pour the product No. 1 and add clean or distilled warm water to the MIN mark.
- Warm up the engine up to an operating temperature and let it run at idle for 30 minutes.
- Drain the washing solution.
- Proceed to STEP 2 .
INGREDIENTS No. 1
Nonionic surfactants 5-15%, organic acid, antifoam, colorant, distilled water.
DANGEROUS! IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES OR SKIN RINSE WITH PLENTY OF WATER. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN
STEP 2. Removing oil traces and antifreeze decomposition products
At the second step, oil traces, emulsions, and antifreeze decomposition products are completely removed. The system is being prepared to be filled with new antifreeze.
APPLICATION:
- Pour the product No. 2 and add clean or distilled warm water to the MIN mark.
- Warm up the engine up to an operating temperature and let it run at idle for 30 minutes.
- Drain the washing solution.
- Flush the system: pour clean warm water, warm up the engine and let it run at idle for 15 minutes.
- Drain the washing solution. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
- Pour the new antifreeze.
INGREDIENTS No. 2:
Nonionic surfactant ˂5%, sodium carbonate, dye, distilled water
