- LAVR ML102 Diesel Injection System Flush Diesel system flush with de-coking effect, Art. Ln2002
- LAVR ML101 EURO Injection System Flush, Art. Ln2007
Convenient and easy to use. Compact, durable and lightweight 1L body.
Supplied with a basic adapter kit that allows you to service most types of gasoline and diesel engines. Equipped with a pressure control sensor and a reducer.
- To connect the Unit ISP/DSP EasyService disconnect the hoses from the direct and reverse fuel supply pipes to the car injection system past the fuel filter while the engine is turned off. Please note that the fuel supply pipe can be under pressure which may cause insignificant amount of fuel spillage.
- The hose of the Unit ISP/DSP EasyService connects to the injection system supply pipe with clamps or fittings (if necessary). Outlet (reverse) pipe must be blanked off. Connect the fuel supply pipe from the fuel pump to the fuel return pipe into the tank. This step can be substituted by disconnecting fuel pump from the power supply unit on most of the vehicles. Make sure you disconnect only the fuel pump! Other engine systems must be connected to the power supply unit.
- Pour the appropriate to the engine type liquid into the tank filler neck, screw the cap on and hang the tank vertically on the service stand or under the open hood.
- Apply air to the tank from the compressor and set the required pressure value in the tank using reduction gearbox and referring to the pressure gauge. Open the valve and make sure that all the connections are tight. Avoid water getting on the pressure gauge and reduction gearbox!
- Start the engine and let it run at idle for 10-15 minutes. Then turn the engine off for 10-15 minutes to let the nozzle deposits loosen. Start the engine and fully work the flush liquid for 15-20 minutes at variable speed, gradually increasing it to 1,500-2,500 rpm. At the same time, the mechanic performing the cleaning procedure must monitor the pressure in the tank and make sure that there are no leaks in the places of the rubber hose and engine fuel pipes connections.
- After the liquid is worked turn off the engine and the ignition. Release the pressure from the tank using the filler cap, turn off the valve, disconnect the unit from the injection system and air-pressure line.
- Reconnect fuel lines on the vehicle; make sure the connections are tight and secure. Start the engine with the fuel from the fuel tank.
