Motor Decoking ML203
The ML203 Engine Decoking is an innovative continuation of the legendary ML202 engine decoking. It completely removes resin coke deposits in a record short time of 1 hour, which makes its use extremely convenient when undergoing scheduled maintenance. This restores engine compression and performance, reduces fuel and oil consumption, and makes cold starts easier. The product is ideal for all modern internal combustion engines.
- For the best effect of the composition, warm up the engine to operating temperature (at least 70°C).
- Disconnect the ignition system (eg disconnect the ignition coil terminal). This will prevent damage to the high-voltage part of the ignition system.
- For a gasoline engine - remove the spark plugs. For diesel - glow plugs or injectors.
- Move the pistons to a near-center position by turning the crankshaft using the pulley nut, or with the drive wheel in gear (on vehicles with a manual transmission). The position of the pistons can be determined through the technological holes with a long probe.
- Using a syringe and extension tubing, pour an equal amount of liquid into each cylinder. Close the process openings (for example, screw the spark plugs a few turns) to create a "steam bath" in the combustion chambers.
- Leave it on for 30 minutes. To clean heavily contaminated engines, increase the time to 60 minutes.
For better leakage into the area of the piston rings, it is recommended to periodically slightly move the pistons up and down.
DO NOT INCREASE THE DECOKING TIME OF ENGINE AND SHORTEN THE OIL CHANGE INTERVAL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THE COMPOSITION CAN DAMAGE THE PAINTWORK OF THE OIL PAN
- Clear the access holes. Remove residual liquid with an extension tube syringe and blow out the cylinders with compressed air (up to 3 bar). Cover the access holes with a thick cloth to avoid splashing of residual liquid. Fully depress the accelerator pedal and crank the engine shaft with the starter 2-3 times for 5 seconds.
WHEN THE STARTER CRANKING THE ENGINE WITH THE POWER SYSTEM ON, FUEL IS SUPPLIED TO THE CYLINDERS, THE VAPORS OF WHICH CAN ACCUMULATE IN THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AND CAUSE THE FUEL IN THE RESONATOR TO IGNITE WHEN THE ENGINE IS STARTED. THEREFORE, ON ENGINES WITH A VOLUME OF MORE THAN 2000 CM³, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO TURN OFF THE FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM.
- It is necessary to remove the used oil from the engine as much as possible using the most efficient method for your car. Change the oil filter and fill in new oil.
- Install the dismantled units and parts. Make sure the assembly is correct.
- After cleaning the first 5-10 kilometers, do not load the engine with high revs.
Cleaning fluid can attack painted surfaces rare which is especially important for engines with stamped steel oil sump pans. For engines with internally painted oil sump, use decoking carefully. It is necessary to make sure that the coating is intact (the absence of paint particles in the drained oil is clearly visible when the oil is drained through a metal mesh), and if necessary, remove and mechanically clean the oil pan and mesh of the oil receiver.
Use with caution for decoking engines with extreme wear and heavily contaminated lubrication system.
